We retain contact form submissions for a 6 months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information is protected. However, if you participate in coaching or workshops with Shelley, we do share your contact and address information with our credit card processors if that's how you paid for the services. Your personal information may be used by us for marketing purposes only in the event that you opt-in to our newsletter subscription. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We will contact you if we notice that an order has been initiated based upon incorrect information. In such case, you may cancel the order or revise it based upon the correct information.
